Supplier Diversity Partnership of the Year

Yaru launches indigenous youth sports grant

The Yaru Foundation is excited to announce the first of its annual sports grants that will be awarded to a young Indigenous person in the Northern Rivers region each year. The full title of the grant is The Yaru Foundation - Northern Rivers Regional Youth Indigenous Sports Grant. Meet Cedar, our first recipient of the grant. In 2022, Cedar's family home was devastated by the floods in the region, and despite this, she has continued to strive forward and demonstrate nothing but grit and determination in the sports she loves. Yaru takes flight with Qantas

We are excited to announce a new partnership with Australian airline Qantas, who will be serving Yaru Water to their First and Business Class customers across the globe.   Qantas Group Manager First Nations Engagement, and Tharawal woman Renee Wootton, said that Qantas is proud to showcase Yaru Water products; "Not only does Yaru Water have an incredible story to tell, but they (Yaru) are also reinvesting a portion of their sales into projects that contribute to closing the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians through their not-for-profit foundation."
